Grade A – Just like in school, Grade A represents the best condition. A phone with this rating is nearly new, displaying minimal signs of use with very few scuffs and no visible scratches or chips.

Grade B – There devices show some light scuffs and scratches. While they are not in mint condition, they offer a lower price point with only minor cosmetic imperfections.

Grade C – Functioning well but shows more significant signs of wear. This option is ideal if you don’t mind visible cosmetic wear and want to save more on the purchase.
